Hey there. Firstly I'd like to say thanks for taking the time to read my ramblings. I like to talk crap, go off on a tangent and get caught up in absolutely nothing, especially when it comes to music. Most of my friends tune me out now. I need someone new to listen.

So here goes the awkward introductions. I'm Stacey, I live in Aberdeen (the north east of Scotland, you the part everyone thinks is just sheep and oil rigs...) and I'm currently studying an MSC in International Marketing Management, with dreams of working in music one day.

I started this blog as a bet with my friend Suzanne, who thought I couldn't keep it going with daily posts for a year. She was right, it didn't take me long to completely fail. I lasted like a month. I got too busy with uni and work and an attempt at a social life in between. That was a few years ago now, I have a short attention span and get distracted easily. I want to try again now.

I have more flaws than not and a self confessed music addict. I can pretty much think of a song or lyrics to fit any situation, which I'm pretty sure annoys the hell out of everyone I know.
